1. Where is Neclothes located?
Our store is located at 55 Tung Choi Street, Mongkok, Hong Kong, in one of the most vibrant shopping districts of Hong Kong.

2. What are your store hours?
We are open 7 days a week, from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Feel free to visit us anytime during these hours to explore our latest collections.

3. What payment methods do you accept?
At Neclothes, we only accept payments in US Dollars (USD). All transactions will be processed in USD. The amount will be converted to the local currency (HKD) based on the current exchange rate set by your payment provider.
Please note that your credit card issuer or payment provider may charge additional fees for foreign transactions or currency conversion.

4. Do you offer online shopping?
Currently, Neclothes only offers in-store shopping at our Mongkok location. However, we are planning to expand our services to online shopping in the near future, so stay tuned for updates!

5. What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your items, we offer exchanges or store credit within 14 days of purchase, as long as the items are in their original condition and you have the receipt. Unfortunately, we do not offer cash refunds.

6. Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! We offer Neclothes gift cards in-store, available in USD denominations. They are the perfect gift for any occasion and have no expiration date. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.

7. Can I place an order over the phone?
Currently, we do not accept phone orders. However, if you have any questions about our products or need assistance, feel free to call us at +852 23880004.

8. Can I use a gift card to pay?
Yes, you can use Neclothes gift cards for in-store purchases. Simply present your gift card at checkout, and the balance will be deducted from your total purchase.
