• Neclothes Gift Cards are available for purchase in USD and can be used for in-store purchases.
• Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash and have no expiration date.

• We do not store sensitive payment information on our servers, ensuring your privacy and security.

6. Payment Issues

7. Refunds and Exchanges

• We do not offer cash refunds. However, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange or store credit within 14 days of the original purchase date, provided the items are in their original condition and you have the receipt.
• All exchanges and store credits will be issued in USD for international customers.

8. Taxes and Fees
