Returns & Refunds
At Neclothes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are happy to assist you with returns or exchanges. Please review our Returns & Refunds Policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of the purchase date. Items must be in their original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges. This can be in the form of a receipt or an order confirmation.
- We accept returns on regular-priced merchandise. Unfortunately, sale items, final sale items, or custom items are not eligible for return or exchange.
2. Exchange Policy
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange the item for a different size, color, or style, subject to availability.
- Exchanges must be made within 14 days from the purchase date. Please ensure that the item is in unused condition with original tags attached.
- If the exchange item is of a higher value, you will be required to pay the difference at the time of exchange.
3. Return Process
To return an item, please follow these steps:
- Step 1: Contact us via email at [email protected] or call +852 23880004 to notify us of your return request.
- Step 2: Ensure the item is in new, unworn condition, with original tags and packaging.
- Step 3: Bring the item to our store at 55 Tung Choi Street, Mongkok, Hong Kong, or send it back to us if applicable (shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer).
- Step 4: We will process your return or exchange as soon as the item is received and inspected.
4. Refund Policy
- We do not offer cash refunds. Instead, we offer store credit for returns made within 14 days of purchase. Store credit will be issued for the amount paid for the item(s) in USD.
- Refunds to the original payment method are not available, except in exceptional circumstances where we determine that the item is defective or if the return is due to a mistake on our part.
- The store credit can be used for future purchases at Neclothes and is valid for up to 12 months from the issue date.
5. Defective or Damaged Items
- If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not as described, please contact us immediately at [email protected] or call us at +852 23880004.
- We will arrange a full refund or an exchange (whichever you prefer) for defective items, and the shipping costs will be covered by us.
- In the event of a damaged or defective item, please provide photographs of the defect or damage along with your return request.
6. Return Shipping
- For items returned via mail, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or was sent in error.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns to ensure the item reaches us safely.
- Please ensure that all returns are packaged securely to avoid damage during transit.
7. Exclusions
The following items are non-returnable:
- Sale or clearance items that are marked as final sale.
- Personalized or custom-made items.
- Underwear, swimwear, or other items for hygiene reasons.
- Gift cards.
8. International Returns
- For international customers, the return process remains the same; however, shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
- Store credit will be issued in USD for international returns, and it will be valid for 12 months from the issue date.
