We offer several shipping options to meet the needs of our customers, including local and international shipping. Our available shipping methods are:
- Standard Shipping (Local Hong Kong): Delivered within 3–5 business days.
- Express Shipping (Local Hong Kong): Delivered within 1–2 business days.
- International Shipping: Available to most countries. Delivery times range from 7–14 business days, depending on the destination.
Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping method and destination.

2. Shipping Costs
- Local (Hong Kong): Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected delivery method.
- International: Shipping costs vary depending on the destination, weight, and size of the package. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before payment.
- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping for orders over a certain amount within Hong Kong. This threshold may vary depending on current promotions.
3. Order Processing
- All orders are processed during business days (Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM), excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Orders placed after 6:00 PM (Hong Kong time) will be processed the next business day.
- Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number (for applicable shipping methods).
4. International Shipping
- For international orders, shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery address and the weight of the package.
- Please note that customs duties and taxes may apply depending on the country or region to which we are shipping. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping charge.
- We recommend checking with your local customs office for information regarding potential duties or taxes before placing an international order.
5. Shipping Restrictions
- We currently offer shipping to most countries. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at [email protected], and we will do our best to accommodate your order.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, and a physical address is required for all deliveries.
6. Order Tracking
- After your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery through the respective courier’s website.

7. Delivery Issues
While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, customs clearance, or courier issues. If your delivery is delayed, we will notify you as soon as we receive any updates from our courier partners.
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping:
- Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

8. Address Accuracy
